Your rental must meet our four core property standards (safe, clean, guest ready and as advertised), your Island Vibez Living calendar must be up to date at all times, and you must have approval from your city to operate your property as a short-term rental.

Our 25% listing, letting, booking and customer service fee is only charged when we secure a reservation for your property. There’s no sign-up fee and no commitment to a contract period. This structure means we only make money when you make money, which keeps us 100% motivated to maximize your rental income.

If you qualify, you can schedule a call with a Vibez Team Advisor and begin our sign-up process. We can have you up and running within two weeks or less if your property is ready to be photographed.

At Island Vibez Living we only take 25% of what you make — and we only make money when you do. It’s mutually beneficial for us to book your home more nights, and give your guests incredible support so that they’re excited to come back again.
